  Return policy

  At WOOD HOUSES, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here are the options available to you:

  • 14-Day Return  : You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return unused products in their original packaging. We will refund your purchase in full, excluding shipping costs.
  • Product Exchange  : If you wish to exchange a product for another size or another type of wood/pellets, we offer the possibility to do so within 14 days of receipt, subject to availability.
  • Return of Damaged or Defective Products  : If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
